Shipping Availability
BestInShirt currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping services.
Orders placed with freight forwarding services, reshipping companies, or unsupported regions may be subject to cancellation for security and verification purposes.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During high-volume periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and order details.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information entered during checkout is complete and accurate.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments.
- BestInShirt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment stages.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For delivery issues, we recommend first checking:
- Nearby safe delivery locations
- Neighbors or household members
- Your local shipping carrier office
For damaged items or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The product received
- The packaging materials
- The shipping label
Claims submitted outside reasonable reporting windows may not qualify for replacement or refund review.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- International destinations outside the United States
- APO/FPO military addresses
- Freight forwarding facilities where verification cannot be completed

Taxes & Additional Fees
